Gartner Peer Insights named UiPath as July 2019 Customers' Choice for RPA Software


A Deloitte Global RPA Study from 2018 discovered that more than half the executives who have participated, have already embarked on the automation journey, and by 2020 the number is expected to reach 72%. As we mentioned in one of our recent articles, if the process continues at this rate, RPA will have achieved near-universal adoption within the next five years. 

With this increasing trend of robotic process automation adoption, RPA providers are constantly looking for ways to improve their services and solutions, to satisfy their customers’ needs.

When these reviews are broken down further, UiPath also has an Overall Rating of 4.6 (out of 5) for Service & Support and Product Capabilities, and an Overall Rating of 4.7 (out of 5) for Ease of use in the Robotic Process Automation Software Market.

Among the replies of the end-user professionals that participated in Gartner’s research, the following 3 factors of decision when choosing UiPath were mentioned most often:
